Keep the policy behind the work
Bring in approved policies and procedures, preserve their versions, and identify the commitments your organization has adopted. Trace a requirement back to the document that authorized it.
Make recurring work actionable
Give each obligation an owner, cadence, saved procedure, and evidence expectations. Assigned checklists preserve the instructions and requirements that applied when the work was created.
Collect evidence and record a decision
Attach files, links, notes, or assertions to the work. Review each use of evidence, request clarification, and record acceptance or rejection without erasing earlier decisions.
Reconstruct the audit period
Follow the dated chain from policy to execution and reviewed evidence. Prepare a bounded evidence package with readable records, original authorized files, checksums, and verification material.
How it works
Step 1
Choose one recurring activity
Start with a review you already perform. Bring in its governing policy, record approval, and identify the commitment behind the work. External framework language does not schedule work by itself.
Step 2
Define how it gets done
Link a saved procedure, choose an owner, and configure recurring work or a human-declared event trigger with clear evidence expectations.
Step 3
Perform and review
Work through the assigned checklist, save evidence as you go, and submit it for human review. Clarifications remain part of the record.
Step 4
Deliver the proof
Select a work item or audit window and export its dated policy-to-proof chain, including review history and recorded gaps. Preparation and download are not proof that an auditor accepted the evidence.
Where it runs and what to expect
A browser-based workspace with a self-hosted application, PostgreSQL, and filesystem or S3-compatible artifact storage. Free includes the complete application. Paid Cloud and optional self-hosted commercial services are planned; no operated Cloud service is available yet.
Novaledg records what your organization approved, performed, and reviewed. It does not certify compliance, determine that your policies cover an entire framework, or replace an auditor. Production hardening and supported-release validation are still in progress.
Free editions, trials, and paid plans
Best for the person coordinating an existing policy-driven audit program. Start with a bounded workflow rather than moving everything at once. Novaledg does not write your compliance obligations for you or certify that a framework is satisfied.
Self-hosted Free: ongoing use
The complete application in infrastructure you operate, not a time-limited preview. No license key or paid account is needed for Free. You remain responsible for hosting, backups, and upgrades; supported-release validation is still in progress.
Cloud: paid service planned
The planned paid option is managed operation, not a reduced Free edition. A bounded Cloud trial is planned; duration, included capacity, and end-of-trial terms are TBD. There is no operated Cloud service or trial signup here yet.
Self-hosted support: scope to be confirmed
Commercial support and Enterprise contractual terms are being defined separately. They do not create a larger feature set by removing capabilities from Free. Support scope and pricing will be stated before an offer opens.
Start with one useful result
Start an evaluation with one recurring activity and non-sensitive sample records. Look for a complete policy-to-reviewed-evidence handoff before considering a wider migration. The current development build is not a supported home for production audit records.
Why early feedback matters
Early-adopter rates, when offered, are a way to learn from real workflows. We want useful feedback and hope to earn paying customers as the products prove their value.
A free edition is a valid long-term choice where one is offered. Feedback is welcome, including what did not work; it is not a commitment to buy or provide a testimonial.
Any early-adopter offer will state its price, duration, and renewal terms before you choose it. No future discount or price lock is implied by sending feedback.

What is planned next
An easier path from one review to the wider program
Planned: simpler guided intake and a complete connected experience across coordination, registers, reminders, review, and auditor delivery. Existing foundations are being brought together; a successful sample workflow does not establish full-program migration readiness.
Managed operation, not less capable Free software
Planned: paid Cloud operation and clearly scoped self-hosted support or contractual services. Hosted signup, commercial terms, capacity, and customer exit need their own validation before availability.
